RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

The return period for a resellable product that you want to return for any reason is 14 days from the date you received it.

Return process for expired products; It is only valid if the product is returned within the same day. If the relevant periods are exceeded, the refund cannot be made.

The first exchange fee of the products (100 TL and above) that you send to aysegulfashion.com with a request for return or exchange belongs to us, and the return shipping fee belongs to the buyer. The packaging of the product you are returning must be undamaged, unused, not damaged as a result of misuse, and its resaleability must be intact.
