ARTICLE 7 -  DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

7.1 The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address specified, packaged and intact with the invoice. It is delivered within 30 days at the latest from the date of delivery.


7.2 The product is purchased from the Buyer. If it is to be delivered to another person/organization indicated by the seller, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.


7.3 The Buyer is obliged to check the Product upon receipt and immediately notify the Seller of any defects he sees.

8.1 The Buyer shall be responsible for the basic characteristics of the products displayed on the website www.aysegulfashion.com , regarding the sales price and payment method and delivery. He accepts that he has read the preliminary information and is informed and gives the necessary confirmation for sales in electronic environment.


8.2 By confirming this contract electronically, the Buyer confirms that he/she has obtained accurate and complete information regarding the address, basic features of the ordered products, the price of the products including taxes, cargo / transportation fee, payment and delivery before the conclusion of distance contracts.


8.3 Any damage that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the Buyer due to the fault of the cargo company itself. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the ordered product not being delivered to the Buyer due to any problems.


8.4 The seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.


< span style="font-size: 17px;">8.5 The Seller may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the Buyer and obtaining his written approval, upon understanding that the contractual goods cannot be supplied for a justified reason before the expiry of the contractual performance obligation.


8.6 The Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer if delivery of the Products becomes impossible. and returns all payments collected, including delivery costs, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification date at the latest.


8.7 For the delivery of the Products, this Agreement must be confirmed electronically. If the Product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the Seller is deemed to be relieved of all other obligations arising from this contract, especially the obligation to deliver the Product.


8.8 If the product price is not paid to the Seller for any reason, the Buyer shall return the Products to the Seller within 3 days at the latest after the Seller's notification, at his own expense. returns it. All other contractual and legal rights of the Seller, including tracking the receivables for the Product price, are reserved separately and in any case.


8.9 Within a 30-day period due to extraordinary circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions, earthquake, flood, fire) other than the normal sales conditions of the Product. In case of failure to deliver, the Seller informs the Buyer regarding the delivery. In this case, the Buyer can cancel the order, order a similar product or wait until the end of the emergency. If the Product price has been collected in case of order cancellations, it will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the cancellation. For credit card payments, the refund is made by refunding the Buyer's credit card.


ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1 In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the Buyer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Product to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within the day without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. 9.3 In order for refunds to be made, the relevant sections of the invoice sent to the Buyer and containing a return section must be filled in completely and sent to the Seller after signing.< /span>


9.4 The Products to be returned must be delivered with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. is required.


9.5 The Seller shall, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal, pay the total price (the sum of all fees paid by the Buyer to the Seller) and the amount that puts the Buyer in debt. is obliged to return the documents to the Buyer.


9.6 Products returned due to the right of withdrawal 's shipping cost is covered by the Seller. After the Buyer exercises its right of withdrawal and notifies the Seller in this regard, the Product subject to sale will be picked up by the Seller by UPS cargo, which is the Seller's contracted cargo. In this case, the Buyer will not have to pay the shipping cost. However; If the Buyer wants to return the product himself, he must send the product to the Seller with UPS Cargo, which is also the Seller's contracted cargo, with a counter payment. Otherwise, the Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost. However; If UPS Cargo does not have a branch where the Buyer resides, the Seller cannot request a shipping fee from the Buyer.


9.7 The decrease in the value of the delivered goods or the existence of a reason that makes the return impossible does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in value or the impossibility of return is due to the fault of the consumer, the Seller must compensate the value of the goods or the decrease in value. Changes and deteriorations that occur due to the ordinary use of the goods are not considered as decrease in value.



ARTICLE 10 -  PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Buyer in the following cases: 

a) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer. 

b) Contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire.

c) After delivery, packaging, tape, seal, Goods whose protective elements such as packages have been opened; Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.

d) Regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature. contracts.

e) Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in physical media, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.

f) Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement.

g) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

h) Contracts regarding services whose performance started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.


ARTICLE 11 COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION METHODS

The Buyer accepts all suggestions and suggestions regarding the goods or services subject to sale. They can forward their complaints to the Seller through the Seller's Call Center Number and e-mail address specified in Article 1. The Seller aims to resolve the problem by examining all complaints and suggestions submitted by the Buyer within legal limits. ARTICLE 12 Competent Court< /span>

The seller must submit his/her complaints and objections within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Industry in December every year, where he/she purchased the goods or services or where he/she resides.
